These venture outside of entrepreneurship and more broadly into the coaching and mentoring, but of course you can bring back knowledge and insights that you apply to your practices with entrepreneurs. This book takes a slightly different approach to coaching in that while it agrees that coaching will help solve problems and achieve goals, the co-active approach is more about discovery, awareness and choice. That is, effectively empowering people to find their own answers through a combination of relationship and action, which is co-active coaching. See resource

The Coaching Podcast
The Coaching Podcast

This podcast brings insights from sports and business into coaching. The podcast has a clear format with questions such as ‘ask us a question,’ which allows coaches to share what is most insightful for them when they ask coaches. The lengths range in from as little as 4 and up to about 30 minutes, so it’s in easily digestible chunks. See resource
